[Q] How do I order on your website?
[A] The basic steps of making a purchase are:
1. Select the options (e.g. size) of a product and specifiy the quantity.
2. Add the product into your bag. Continue shopping and add all the products you want.
3. At the Shopping Bag page, you can update the quantity of the added products or remove them. Use the Shipping Estimator to calculate the shipping cost.
4. Click the Checkout button when you finish shopping. If not logged in, you will be prompted to login or create an account.
5. At the Checkout page, put in your billing and shipping address and select your shipping and payment method.
6. Click the Submit Order button to make payment and complete your purchase.

[Q] Do you ship internationally?
[A] Yes, DealByEthan ships worldwide to over 190 countries. Please refer to Shipping & Returns for details.

[Q] Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
[A] Yes, we can ship all of our products to PO Boxes and military addresses without additional fees.

[Q] How is the shipping cost calculated?
[A] All postage costs are at the lowest possible rates. Because different products weigh differently and they are located at various warehouses throughout the world, shipping costs also vary. To find out, please use the Shipping Estimator at the Shopping Bag page. Buy more from the same brands to save on shipping! [A] Yes, we do. Please refer to Discounts page for details.

[Q] When will I receive my items?
[A] At DealByEthan, products are shipped from multiple warehouses located in North America, Australia, Europe, South America and Asia. Items from the same order sometimes arrive at different times based on the availability and location of the warehouses. We do advise our customers to order for their special occasions as early as possible. Please refer to Shipping Services for details.

[Q] Part of my order arrived, is the rest on its way?
[A] The rest of the items would have been shipped separately. If items are on backorder, you will be notified by email and the available items are sent out as soon as possible.

[Q] Can I return the item I purchased from you?
[A] Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

[Q] What should I do if I forget my login details?
[A] Please follow the following steps to reset your password:
1. On the Login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link, enter your email address and click the "Submit" button.
2. Once you receive the email with your new password, login and go to the account page to update your password.

[Q] How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
[A] You can subscribe to our newsletter by putting in your email address and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of our site.

[Q] How do I use a discount coupon?
[A] Enter your coupon code into the Redemption Code box during checkout. Your discount will apply to the total when you submit your order. Please note that you may only use one coupon per order.

[Q] How do I purchase a gift certificate?
[A] Gift certificates are purchased just like any other item on our site. The value of the gift certificate will be added to your gift certificate account.

[Q] How do I send a gift certificate?
[A] To send a gift certificate, go to the Send Gift Certificate page. Enter the name and email address of the recipient and the amount you want to send.

[Q] How do I shop with a gift certificate?
[A] If you have funds in your gift certificate account, you can use them to purchase items on our site. During checkout, enter the amount to apply from the funds in your gift certificate account. If there is not enough funds to cover the cost of your purchase, you can still select a payment method to complete your purchase.

[Q] How do I redeem a gift certificate?
[A] If you receive a gift certificate by email, it will contain the sender's details and the gift certificate redemption code. You can redeem the Gift Certificate in two ways:
1. Click on the link in the email which allows you to redeem and validate the gift certificate at the Redeem Gift Certificate page.
2. During checkout, enter the code you received in the Redemption Code box. The code will be validated and the amount added to your gift certificate account.

[Q] How can I tell my friend(s) about a particular item they might be interested in?
[A] You can do so by locating the item of interest and clicking on the Share button for the item you are viewing. From there you can choose to share by email or various social media sites.

[Q] Will I have to pay any taxes and duties for my order?
[A] Occasionally orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Sometimes, this may be listed as an additional postage fee. While we apologise for any inconvenience, we have no control over such fees. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

[Q] Is GST calculated for Australian orders?
[A] Our head office is in Australia and we are registered for GST. Our prices on the website do NOT include the Australian GST when initially selecting the item. If your order is being sent to an international destination, you will not be charged Australian GST. If, however, the destination of the order is within Australia, the GST amount applicable to the order will be shown on the checkout page and will be included in your order total.
