DealByEthan offers worldwide shipping to more than 190 countries. All shipping costs are at the lowest possible rates. We understand that the shipping is different to what you are used to paying in some cases depending on which brands and products you purchase. This is because we ship from multiple warehouses around the world. Sometimes when coming from overseas in Europe and South America we have no choice but to pass on the somewhat higher pricing required for express courier services from some countries to ensure both safe and timely delivery. You can experiment with the shipping prices using the shipping calculator. Simply add products to your cart, view the cart, select your country and click on the shipping estimator's Update button.
- US shipping is from $7.50 for most US and Canadian brands and from $11 for foreign brands.
- European shipping is from $11 for most European brands and from $14 for most international brands.
- Standard shipping to Australia for most Australian brands on our site is from $USD8.80 including GST for Australians. Most US/Canadian and other international brands are shipped to Australia from $USD12.10 including GST.
Delivery takes 1-6 weeks, depending on your location and where your items are shipped from. Sometimes, it is literally a few days and in most cases it will not be longer than 2-4 weeks. Occasionally, there might be an unexpected delay possibly due to holidays, customs or products being on backorder. It is advisable to check at your local post office if you do not receive your items after the specified delivery time.
Return Policy
The goal of DealByEthan is 100% satisfaction for you. Simply return your men's clothing within 60 days of receipt if the purchased product(s) has a manufacturer defect or does not match the description. In order to accept your returned item, you must contact us via email beforehand. Your product(s) must be returned with tags attached, in new, unworn, original condition. Because men's underwear and swimwear are intimate items, whether they are worn or not, we are unable to accept returns. Men's fashion daily wear and lounge wear that are not underwear or swimwear can be returned for a refund or exchange but only for item(s) of equal or lesser value. Exchanges can only be for the same fashion designer brands. Postage and handling is not refundable. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs. It is the same as you would need to pay for your trip to return a men's fashion designer clothing item from a brick and mortar retail store.
