Designer underwear, brand-name swimsuits, t shirts, shorts, pants and men's fashion accessories are shipped in boxes, bags or envelopes. Shipping services can be regular or express and the carrier will vary, depending on the particular product(s) ordered. All postage costs are at the lowest possible rates. Our products come from all over the world and your order may not be shipped through the local postal service. Due to the weight of different items varying and products being located at various warehouses throughout the world, shipping costs also vary. For example, if you buy two designer menswear brands of products, most likely they will be shipped from two different designer’s stockrooms located at two difference places and hence the shipping costs add up. Delivery usually takes 1-3 weeks, depending on your location and where your menswear comes from. Occasionally, there might be unexpected delay possibly due to holidays, customs or products being on backorder. It is advisable to check at your local post office if you do not receive your items after the specified delivery time. You can always contact us to check your shipping status. Please note that we are not able to provide tracking numbers for all the men's clothing you purchased because they are generally shipped using the most affordable methods. However, our shipping services are very reliable and parcels usually arrive safely. If you need to receive your men's apparel urgently, you can contact us for an express shipping quote. Express service takes 2-3 days to deliver and does have a tracking number.

The goal of DealByEthan.com is 100% satisfaction for you. Simply return your men's clothing within 30 days of receipt if the purchased product(s) has a manufacturer defect or does not match the description. Your product(s) must be returned with tags attached, in new, unworn, original condition. Because men's fashion underwear and swimwear are personalized items, whether they are worn or not, we are unable to accept returns. Men's fashion daily wear and lounge wear that are not underwear or swimwear can be returned for a refund or exchange but only for item(s) of equal or lesser value. Exchanges can only be for the same fashion designer brands. Postage and refund is not refundable. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs. It is the same as you would need to pay for your trip to return a men's fashion designer clothing item from a brick and mortar retail store. In order to accept your returned item, please ensure that you contact us via email beforehand.
