- Imported from India and compliant with Oeko-Text® certification, which guarantees the absence of harmful substances in natural fiber, it is the first step in a production chain that is always transparent and documented step by step.
- The second secret is weaving: circular machines weave the tubular mesh, the only one to allow the creation of garments without seams on the sides! Check it yourself!
- In the factory, the pieces of fabric then enter the cutting phase, performed by the machines with millimeter precision, depending on the size and model desired. Each element that will constitute the garment made must belong to the same piece of fabric: total control of the supply chain strictly requires it.
- Subsequently, the pieces that make up the garment are assembled. The particularly delicate sewing operation is entirely entrusted to the expert hands of our craftsmen, the only ones capable of guaranteeing perfect work.
- After assembly, finishing and ironing, the garment is ready.
- But before being ready for sale, each batch will have to pass the scrupulous final control, the last examination of a product which must be perfect to be called Ultimo Bacio.
